As far as I can determine, every program mentioned in this document is
FREE (FreeWare or Public Domain) for individual use.  If you discover
something that isn't, please let me know and it will be removed.  If
you know of one that isn't on the list, please email me details.

Most of these programs use DOS or Win3.1.  If anyone knows of other
operating system FREE viewers, please email me details and I'll be
happy to include them here.
